Lara Logan

 Lara Logan was born 29 March 1971. She is a South African journalist, radio and television journalist. She worked as an CBS News journalist from 2002 until 2018.60 Minutes executive Producer Jeff Fager called her factually incorrect and politically biased report regarding the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack "the most erroneous mistake I made on my 10-year-old watch." She joined Sinclair Broadcast Group (a conservative media organization) in 2019. In January of 2020 she joined Fox Nation, a subscription streaming service operated by Fox News. She claimed that she was "dumped" by Fox Nation in March 2022. Logan did her schooling as a reporter at the Sunday Tribune, Durban (1988-1989), then the Daily News (1990-1992). She was hired by Reuters Television Africa in 1992 as a senior producer. After four years, she began freelance journalism. Reporter/editor/producer assignments for ITN, Fox/SKY News, CBS News (in London), ABC News (in Nairobi), NBC and European Broadcasting Union were all handed to her. She was a reporter for CNN, reporting on incidents like the 1998 United States embassy bombings in Nairobi and Tanzania and the conflict in Northern Ireland, and the Kosovo war.
